Meet Jessica Page, MS

Hi, I’m Jessica. I hold an M.S. in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. Before finding my calling in the world of nutrition, I worked as an engineer, bringing a unique analytical perspective to my current practice. My personal journey with food and health is deeply relatable, as I once owned a sugar cookie decorating business. I experienced firsthand how too many sugary, processed treats and constant stress impacted my body, leading to health struggles that pushed me to seek solutions. This experience sparked my passion for learning about nutrition and functional medicine, where I discovered how food and lifestyle choices can truly restore balance and improve health. Now, I’m dedicated to helping others heal and thrive with this powerful approach.

Why Functional Medicine?

Functional medicine targets the root causes of health issues, focusing on resolving underlying imbalances rather than just managing symptoms. By considering the intricate interactions between genetics, environment, and lifestyle, I work with individuals to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique health needs. This proactive, prevention-focused approach empowers individuals to not only overcome current challenges but also promotes long-term wellness and vitality.

Lifelong Learning

I have a deep passion for uncovering the “why” behind health imbalances, which has kept me in a constant state of learning and exploration. Even after earning my Master of Science in Human Nutrition, my curiosity didn’t stop there. I’ve continued to deepen my knowledge through advanced training in areas like adrenal dysfunction, fatty liver, lab testing and interpretation, blood chemistry analysis, vitamin D, nutritional biochemistry, and Cell Blueprint analysis. Staying current with emerging science allows me to bring a thoughtful, root-cause approach to every client I work with.
